Conditional Execution For Two Variables (AND)

I just wanted to see, if I create the variables with an AND in the middle.. Will it look for both to be true before executing?

the "and" must be inside the curly braces:

{{ issue.fields.issuetype.name == "Task" and issue.fields.customfield_10800.requestType.name == "HCTB Validation" }}
