ConfiForms Charts and numbering by default

Anna Antretter April 4, 2017

Hello,

I have two questions respective to confiforms.

1. I want to create a chart but the field where the data comes from is a "Multi-select" field. I want that the data in the chart is separated so I can better evaluate data.  Example.PNG

2. In my schedule there are all data stored. Is it possible that every time when I enter a new record that theres a number by default. (maybe a macro can do that?) That would be great to have a better overview.

Thanks for tips!!

Hi Anna,

I've tagged your question and moved into the Atlassian Marketplace area, so hopefully it will have a better chance of being seen by the vendor of the Confiforms add-on (Vertuna LLC).

If you don't get an answer here, you might want to try contacting them directly. See the 'Contact' section here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.vertuna.confluence.plugins.confiforms/server/support

To get multi-value fields as separate "records" you will need to use TableViewMerger macro from ConfiForms and set the option to "flatten" the records

In this case, ConfiForms converts multi-select fields into single selects and duplicates other data into as many records as much values you have in your multi-select fields
