Confluence Talk email notifications and @mentions aren't working.

Hello,

I'm trying to get the email notifications and @mentions working in Confluence Talk. At the moment, we're not receiving emails when a comment is added or when a discussion is resolved. Also, @mentions aren't working at all, even when typing the entire user name into the comment.

Is there a setting I need to adjust to get those features working?
