Copy JIRA Custom field value to Zephyr Custom field value

Dear All,

I would like to know if the below possibility can be achieved.

I have a custom field in JIRA and I also created a custom field in the Zephyr for JIRA and enabled in the project with the same name. 

I would like to automatically fetch the JIRA Custom field value and it should be filled in the Zephyr custom field instead of manually again filling in the Zephyr during execution stage.
