Copy Test cases in JIRA Xray

Hello Xray Community,

we decided to use Xray as our testing software.
After installing it, we startet to collect all sorts of test in a single project with all the test-sets and preconditions.

Now here is the problem: How can we copy these tests/testplans in a different project, without losing the Xray data?

Are you looking for cloning within the same cloud instance? Or create a Copy to another Cloud instance?

Nonetheless, and looking to avoid any data loss, please use the Portal to reach out to the support.
