Create Zephyr Test option unable to see under the More button in JIRA Ticket

Hlo Everyone,
I was wondering if we could add ‘Create Zephyr Test’ to the Jira ticket dropdown as it would save time. This is on Jira server 7.3.1 version.
We are using the Zephyr plugin and not able to see the option called "Create Zephyr Test".
Kindly let me know do we need to enable something on global permissions pls?
