Creating If then statements in Xray

Is there a way in a manual test case to do the following

Step 1 : Do something

Step 2 : IF {parameter} = 1 then do thing one ELSE do thing 2.

Trying to figure out if i can change a step based on the data passed in by the dataset in the interation.
