Custom data exported

Hi.

How would custom patterns would be helpful with exporting this data:

• Hardware Service Date – The date the hardware was first discovered on the network or placed on the corporate network
• Hardware Sunset Date – The date the hardware is no longer supported by the vendor
• Hardware Warranty date – The date the hardware warranty expires
• Business Owner (VP or above) – The person responsible for the purchase of the hardware
• IT Owner(s) – The person or group accountable for the administration support of the hardware
• Hardware Custodian(s) – The person or group assigned the hardware (example: Ken Lowe for a laptop)
• Hardware Location – The physical mail drop address (i.e. Knoxville Tech Center, C387) of the hardware or the data center, rack, and row information. (do potwierdzenia) 
• Capital Depreciation date (if part of a capital project)
• Hardware priority or dependency (as it relates to business continuity)
• Expected disposal date​
• Hardware vendor support contact information
• Hardware contract, lease, ​or other documents

Hi Marcin,

yes you are right that informations are helpful

but the information are not stored on the system that are discovered.

We only can fetch informations that are available at scan time.

But everything you described can be made by using Insight

some of them maybe manually (e.g. adding documents to the asset)

and some other information maybe are stored in databases in your company or files? That informations can be additionally imported with our other import functions (database import, csv import, ldap import)

You can import data from different sources to one object. 

And last but not least the possibility of using the automation engine

to execute groovy scripts etc.

All in all there are a lot of options to reach the goals that you have described.
