Customize the "Test Executions Report"?

Hi, I like this report 

Test Executions Report - Xray Server + DC - Xray (getxray.app)

but it is a bit too complicated for our purposes, e.g. columns "Versions" and "Test Environments" are not needed. Is there an easy way to create a clone of this design without some of the colums?

You can indeed download the template and make use of our add-in for Microsoft Word and Excel to edit the template as you see fit. After that, you just need to upload it to your instance.
