Yes, I can confirm that this bug occurs when performing approval in Internet Explorer 11 (ver.11.0.9600.17959) and can not be reproduced in Google Chrome (Version 44.0.2403.155 m)

The bug has been reproduced and the add-on v.2.9, to be released in september, is going to fix it.
In order to be sure to have properly reproduced your scenario, can you please corfirm me that it occours when browsing the issue via Internet Explorer only?
