Default account when making a new issue

Hi. 

I have a project which has three accounts (Global) linked. 

I go to project settings / accounts and I set one as default. This means that the account should be pre filled with that account when creating a new issue connected to this projekt, right?

The thing is that no account is chosen when making an issue, even though there's a default account.  What am I missing? Is there somewhere else I need to make adjustments?
