Default archiving configuration when new spaces are created

Hello,

My organization is using the latest version of the Archiving Plugin on Conf 5.10.9. Recently we noticed that when creating a new space the archiving configuration is set as custom config. We would like it default to the Global configuration but I don't see a way to change this nor do I see why it sets a custom config.
