Delet version of page history not possible

Hi,

when I go to the page history, the button to delete a specific page history is not possible due to I am space admin. 

This seems only to be a problem, when comala workflow is installed and activated:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/unable-to-delete-page-history-829074712.html

Is this a defect or just a configuration issue?
