If I were you I would contact Xray support for this matter: https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/user/login?destination=portal%2F2
To complement Alex answer, you won't lose any data but will be unable to use the Xray app without a subscription. But the DB retains all data.
