Display Footnotes with Refined Theme

I've tried to implement Footnotes with RefinedTheme. I placed the Display Footnotes macro into the Page Bottom section to get it shown default on every page with footnotes on it and it doesn't show the footnotes which are placed on a page. It only seems to display footnotes which are also created in the Page Bottom section, but that's not useful.

Have you tried using refined own footer?
