Display hyperlinks within richtext in a ServiceRocket Reporting table?

Hi all,

I'm working on a ServiceRocket Reporting table within Confluence.  The report is pulling data and text from product pages that were created using the Scaffolding Live Template.  Some of that text includes richtext with hyperlinks, for example a richtext product description with hyperlinks to additional product information outside of Confluence.  So in the "Report Info" macro editor, I have tried to "render" in "richtext" in an effort to display those hyperlinks.  However any hyperlinks in that text are still not showing in the report table.  I'm assuming "richtext" rendering should include display of hyperlinks, but perhaps it only displays formatting such as boldface or bullets.  I wonder if anyone else has experienced this or has any suggestions?
