Dynamic Forms bug

Hi team,

We are facing issue that, we have dynamic forms select list field in create screen, it contains three values like A, B & C, and we have 255 characters text field with default value. Then we have configured this text field as releated field for value A. It works correctly when we firstly selecting the value A, as it show the text field with default value and if changes to B or C, also it correctly hiding the field, but if we change back to value A from B or C, then it showing the field without default value.

Please suggest how to overcome this.
