Dynamic Select fields don't show in field mapping of import cvs

When I try to import issues from csv files, all the dynamic select fields do not show in field mapping list.

I found that JIM solved the problem to support all custom field types importing. But dynamic select field doesn't work.

Dynamic Select inherits from built-in select cf type. Maybe JIM does not support fields that extends SelectCFType..? In other words, it is hardcoded to built-in custom field types.
