I have set up one automation rule for assigning tasks after which the assignee should receive an e-mail. For some reason, this doesn't work as I'm receiving "Unexpected error executing rule: 'To' is a required field" error message although the 'To' field does have value "Assignee" defined. What might be causing the error?
Hello,
Thanks for the prompt reply!
The user e-mails are all set so this can't be the problem. The assignee for the issue was defined within the same rule and when I now moved this outside of this to be a separate rule, it works as it's supposed to. Do I really need to have these as separate rules?

Hello,
Here is the complete set-up (there is an assignee and the e-mails are set for these users):
Hopefully there is a solution for this!
