Error: Can't connect Jira to Power BI Desktop?

I am trying to connect Jira to Power BI Desktop but it's not connecting. When I test the connection it shows me the following mesage: "You are not authorized for this operation" as in the picture below.I have used the Basic authentication. Can someone tell me where is the problem?
