Any idea what is wrong with this connection?

Could not login as user ******: Could not get Jira server information: The user name or password is incorrect. Could not connect to Jira. Hint: Failed attempts may require to enter a Captcha in the brower first.

I am able to log into Jira fine and we do not use Captcha at all? This is using Jira Cloud.
