Escalation Boundary Event

When using Flower we would like to model and automate some sort of escalation which is possible by using and escalation boundary event. 

I´m not able to automate the event though. What am I supposed to do, can somebody help?

it is possible to automate an escalation boundary event! You just have to follow these steps in the jira administration settings. You can find a detailed description here:
