Export Manager not working on standalone installation trial

I tried to test the Export Manager plugin on a trial standalone JIRA installation 5.2.7 but after copying the .jar file to the installed plugins directory and submitting the license key I cannot see the new entry in Administration menu. I guess it should show up under Import & Export section. I tried to restart the standalone server few times with no result.

Please advise whether this plugin can be used at all on JIRA standalone trial.
