Expose Scriptrunner DB Lookup Field as REST Endpoint for ProForma

Hi,

i have a database with some field content (single select) and i created a db lookup field using scriptrunner. But that field appears not within proforma. 

So my idea was to create an REST Endpoint, which could be linked as a datasource to proforma - shurely a little bit shooting myself from behind .. but just for some tests i would like to have that working.

Any ideas?
