Featching Xray report

Hi ,

Jira application is on Server and add on used is Xray Test management for jira.

even though linked defects issues are closed the test run reports are showing open.

Why is that ? please provide the solution, it is a blocker in production environment.

Hi Abhishree,

In our documentation related to the Test Run Report you can see that the Linked Defects are related to "Defects directly associated with the Test Runs. Will count as unique Defects (I.e., if the same Defect issue is added multiple times in the same Test Run, it will count as one). Defects with Resolution will be counted as Closed; all others will be counted as Open".
