Hi,
No, you cannot list all the created Gantt-charts in "alphabetical order" in Gantt "viewing all" display list. Please vote for that in WBS Gantt-chart Public Tracker and live your comment in there. WGCPT-135: Ability to sort Gannt name in the list of created Gantt
Best,
Jennifer
Hi,
I just want to specify that when Dina says "alphabetical order", this concern not the order in indivudal gantt-chart but well the order of the "viewing all" display.
This display lists all the created gantt-charts in the "creation order" (see bottom of the text).
The request is the following: Is it possible to list all the created gantt-charts in "alphabetical order" even without the abiliy to sort them?
In this case, the "viewing all" display could be consider as a usable portfolio.
I thank you very much.

Hi,
Gantt has sort function in Ascending order (for letters/words sort is alphabetical from A to Z) and Descending order (for letters/words sort is alphabetical from Z to A) by clicking the header of the column Project/Version/Issue. One click sorts the list in ascending order and two clicks sort the list in descending order or you can find sort menu by clicking the drop-down arrow next to a head column. But, you cannot sort across multiple projects, it'll always sort base on each project.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Jennifer
