Gantt OnDemand isn't showing anything, Refresh keeps spinning

Hello,

We installed Gantt OnDemand to our OnDemand Jira. I can access it but nothing appears and the Refresh button (next to Projects) keeps spinning. Is there something I have to do on my end to get the issues to show?

Your issue might be related to this one: https://wisoft.atlassian.net/browse/GANTT-68. If you could add your comment there telling me what's the name of your JIRA instance I will investigate it further.

Did you choose the trial version and check the license state?

Yes I did. Not sure what you mean by license state but it appears under my product list if that helps?
