Get report(Date,time&Name) of user who adds First Comment on a issue.

Hi

Need help on a requirment, I need to get the detalis(name & time) of User's who added first comment on a issue. There are 20 people in a group from that group who adds first comment that user name, Date&Time need to be copied and displayed under new fields and ignore other group user comments. There are 1000 issues are there from all the issues i need to get the details. Can any one help i am using script runner too.

EX: Group Name(X)&(Y)
A ticket is created and X group users intially they added 4 comments and after that from Y group one user added comment. Now i want to pull out Y group user details like his name & Date&Time when he was commented. If possible copy these values and updated under new field's. Thanks in Advance
