Ghost Template?

Using Xporter (v5.4.5, Server)

I created a template that I ended up deleting from my "Templates" section but it still shows up in my in several of my scopes. 

I can still run this template export successfully as well. 

How can I remove this permanently from my scopes when I can't see it in the "Templates" section to delete it?
