We are currently using Gravity forms on the website and using Zapier for the integration to raise issues new issues in Jira Servicedesk (cloud). We have some custom fields in the form to capture the customer name and customer's email address. I have two questions,
1. How do make sure Jira creates a new customer automatically from the fields (customer name and customer email address)?
2. How do change/assign the same customer as a reporter automatically once the ticket is created?

We have an open feature request for this that you can watch for updates https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/JSDECO-130
This would either add an existing user or create one where one doesn't exist. This would require the user setting up the rule to have permissions to create a customer.
