HELP!!! Unable to start chat: Your request could not be created. Please check the fields have been c

Please Help Jira has been an absolute nightmare. I'm using the

Chat for Jira Service Desk widget 

I cant seem to get it to create a request ticket and  I only get this message.

While uploading a file, a content-md5 header with the SHA-1 hash of the file can be supplied to ensure that the file is not corrupted in transit. The SHA-1 hash that was supplied in the request did not match what was received in the upload. Supply a valid SHA-1 hash of the uploaded file Upsers

okay I fixed this issue however I'm getting a server error when attempting to create a user. Any takers??
