Has anyone used Deep Clone for Jira before?

Trying to migrate or create a new project with the original issues from classic JIRA to next gen JIRA and installed Deep Clone for JIRA. I am having troubles minimizing notifications as it is creating hundreds of email notifications for tickets that I am duplicating or moving.

Any help with this migration would be useful!

Hi @Ovey Yeung ,

Sorry for the late reply. I've just seen your community post.

Due to technical reasons our app Deep Clone can not disable E-Mail notificaitons.

In classic projects you could solve that issue by turning off the E-Mail notificaions in the project's notification scheme while you're Bulk Cloning issues. That would mean that all E-Mail notification would be disabled but since a Bulk Clone usually just takes a few minutes that could be a fitting solution.

Unfortunately currently it's not possible to configure E-Mail notifications in next-gen projects. That means you cannot disable them :( We hope that this feature will be released soon for next-gen projects.

By the way: We released an Update that solved some other issues with Deep Cloning in next-gen projects.

If you have any questions or feedback don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team. We're always happy to help.
