Help needed with BigGantt

My project Gantt display doesn't refresh the page at all!  The page doesn't respond, don't know what to do!

Couple of days ago, it refresh the page in 5 MINUTES, now no way at all.

No internal network issues (already verified)

Support already involved but up to now no changes

No issues with Jira, and also with other functionalities of BigGantt.

Running Chrome

Thanks so much...  now I'm at least able to open the loader, but the loading process arrives only to 50% (even after 10 minutes wait) do I have to trust or is something else I can do?

p.s.  All other projects are quite fast to open...this is about 900 issues,
