Hidding comments in search results

I have used the menu manager plugin to hide comments from all users but they still appear in the search results, can i use the plugin to remove the comments on the search results?

If you're hiding comments from all users then how are they being created? That aside, maybe it's worth exploring Luke to eliminate comments from the Lucene search index which Confluence uses: http://www.getopt.org/luke/
