Hide page properties on emails

Hi. When a page is created or edited, an email is sent to someone who is page watcher. How can I hide page properties macro in that email?

You would need to change the email template either through an app or as explained here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/customizing-email-templates-168001822.html

If you did this it would not show any of the page changes though as I am not sure if you would be able to just hide the page properties in the email.
