Hiptest 401 error in Jira

Hello, I am using the Cloud version of Jira, and the Cloud Version of HipTest.  Within Jira, I can see that my HipTest scenarios field shows up, so it looks like the integration activated okay.

Within HipTest I can see my Jira project, and it says it is linked.  However, when I try to paste a link within Jira to my HipTest Scenario, I just keep getting a Error with Status Code 401 error.  I don't know what to check next to fix it.  

I also noticed the matrix referenced does not show up on my reports tab.  I have Version:1.1.12-AC for HipTest.

Did you try out to paste the permalink of your HipTest scenario/test case within Jira? If so, you should to copy/paste the url of your test case, the permalink doesn't support at this time.
