How can I Remove screenshot in jira 3.13. I have admin rights.

I am unable to remove a screenshot once attached to an issue in JIRA 3.13. I have the admin rights.

Check the permissions on the project. You need "delete attachment" to kill off screenshots.

Admin rights give you admin rights. They do not necessarily give you any other permissions.
