I have implemented dual-licensing: therefore, you a buy a license via invoice if you cannot use Atlassian's Marketplace. The price dependent on the amount of licensed users equivalent to JIRA itself. The price list is published on the Atlassian Marketplace and valid for direct buying as well.

I will send you an invoice in EUR (currency conversion from USD/Marketplace) and after being paid via international money transfer on my bank account, I will generate a related license key and send it to you.

August 9th, 2012: I have updated my pre-releases (my early-adapter-program: EAP) having multiple improvements like remembrance of folded/unfolded items on a Gantt-Chart within a session, modification of Gantt-bar duration by shifting start-/end-date only (additionally to moving), some fixes for resource management and other enhancements.
