How can I configure view for Team Planner - Timeline ?

Hello all!

Need some help with screen views. I have seen on Tempo Planner Project timeline screenshot what is different of what I have in my project. How could I have the same screen view?

As you see, I don't have on the left Sprints, Epics, Versions etc.

Second question:

Since epics don't have start date I see them on timeline as one-day epics. Is it possible to have start date for them as well, so I could see the period? I can drag epic (green) and prolong them but after refresh all of this modifications disappear.

I didn´t really understand the answer, It means we can only have access to this view in the cloud version.

How can we have detail information about each task in the cloud version without searching manually based on the Id of the task

Hi Alina,

You need to select the Member tab to see the Team Timeline.  If you are on JIRA Cloud, you do not have access to exactly this view, but to a newer version of the timeline.

Regarding the epics: They are only marked on the release date and you cannot add a start date to it.
