How can I delete a Test execution record that is added to test cycle which may not be executed

Zephyr Scale -

1. How can I delete a Test execution record that is added to the current test cycle?

2. Can i assign the TER to another test cycle without creating another one?

Sometimes we add the test cases to the test cycle created for 1 sprint but they will need to be removed for various reasons. I don't see an option to delete those. Pls advise.
