How can I generate mapping tables?

I am using confluence to create and publish versions of a document. I was successfully able to do this with Scroll Document plugin.

My documents has sections and subsections. Each section/subsection has a unique code. For example if in v1 my code is A01.01 for a section and in v2 the same section is now A01.02.

Is there any possible way that I could generate a  table,  mapping only the changes to the codes. I don't want any title/description for the section to be displayed in the table.
