How can I make a subtask creation script do some other action on a different project?

I have a script which on "create" transition creates a subtask in project SCS. I'm using the same workflow in another project say Lab1,but now i just want to make a state transition on the "create" transition and no sub-task creation.

Can someone pls help on this?

If you are using Create on Transition Plugin for JIRA, then you would just provide conditioning criteria that would allow the created to continue if the project matched a certain project or list of projects and to not continue otherwise. How to condition the creation of issues has more on this.
