How can I remove the number from the admin account?

Hi,

 

in the telegram plugin settings, I added my telephone number to the admin user of our jira installation.

But this was a mistake, since I want to be able to use my telegram account with my personal jira account.

So I gave my jira accounts the permissions to install and configure updates, but now I can not use my telefone number with my personal account. It says that the number is alrteady used by the admin account. I tried loging out with admin as well as reinstalling the plugin. Didn't help
