How can I utilize the easy template integration to create a standard automated onboarding process?

I successfully integrated the application into Jira cloud. Now I am attempting to use this integration to automate a sop onboarding for new employees. I want to be able to have a easy workflow process when a new user is added, so we can effectively grant user access to company servers, jira access, employee id/badge, etc. I essentially want a specific template catered to this onboarding process. Thanks.
