How can we roll back latest Zephyr on JIRA cloud?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to roll back the latest Zephyr update (3.0 I believe) from JIRA cloud. It's killing us over here. We had barely managed to make it work with the new JIRA design (crying inside, of course), but then Zephyr hit us with this nightmare and we're bleeding.

Any advice would save lives.

There is no way to "roll back".  On Cloud, you have to use the version provided by the platform.

You might want to raise this with Zephyr and Atlassian, but I doubt they will do much about it.

Thank you for the answer! So sad about all these changes. I cannot understand how they could think they were beneficial. Besides all the functional issues, we were just talking in the office and wanted to send them a screenshot: on a laptop screen, I actually had around 6-7 scroll bars on a Zephyr page with 10 steps. Not to mention, modifying tests can now take up to 5 times more time than before.

Oh well, can't really support this combination in the future, unless they rethink the whole thing.

Agreed, Monica Grama! Terrible! I can't find or organize anything. Not even a little bit intuitive! :(
