How change DataSource for Jira Plugin Development permantly

Hello, I develop a Jira5 plugin and want to connect a PostgresDB. Editing the dbconfig.xml in jira/home is nice but with every atlas-clean it is gone.

Is there a way to config a DataSource inside the SDK?
