How display Current Year, Month and Week's created issue in a single report?

Hi Community,
I would like to display the number of issues created in the current year (2023), month (May), and week (starting April 30) on my dashboard. I have the Arsenale Dataplane add-on installed in the Jira Data Center. I am trying the report "Issues Created by Date", it can only display report type, I mean either Year or month or week. I don't want to create three separate reports. I'm checking with the community if that's possible to all three types in a single widget on my dashboard. I can see there is a "Customizer Script" field, however, I am not sure how it works.
How can I achieve that, either using Arsenale Dataplane or Jira filters/gadgets or any other way? I'm attaching an example screenshot.
