How do I create automation rule for when internal users commented or edit the issue.

We are  using SLA Start field  whenever we are creating and updating the issues. We need a automation for whenever internal users commented or edit the issue SLA Start field should update but whenever external users commented or edit the issue  SLA Start field should not update.
