Hi Jamie,

1."Message Integration Change" multiselect - values are "Requested" and "Approved."

      "Message Integration Change" field value 'Approved' need to be set by only particular group.

2. An other multiselect custom field,When ever "Message Integration Change Type" field value is selected or changed,we need to notify mail to particular group.

Could you help on this.

for 1) You probably want behaviours to make it read-only for all except the relevant group.

for 2) use an event listener to listen for changes to that field. You can use "fire event when" to fire a custom event that you catch in your notification scheme.
