How to add validation on Resolution field ?

Nice to meet you here.

I need to validate –>  cfValues['Resolution']?.value == 'Fixed' . But The validation is working for all Resolution values.

Main validation is when issue Resolution = Fixed it should not allow transition. But it should allow to all other resolution values.

I already tired this and worked.

issue.resolution?.name != 'Fixed' .

Resolution is not a custom field, so cfValues will not work I guess.
